About the Role
Saltera HR is proud to partner with a leader in high-purity and semiconductor construction to hire an experienced Construction Project Manager.
This role oversees complex construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. The Project Manager will serve as a connector—aligning teams, guiding execution, and maintaining trusted client relationships built on transparency and results.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of high-purity construction projects from planning through closeout
Develop staffing models and coordinate with partners for project ramp-ups
Prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and material/labor breakdowns
Lead scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Interpret and review P&IDs, isometrics, and technical drawings for clean utility systems
Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols, quality standards, and safety regulations
Track project performance, change orders, and documentation
Define KPIs, lead meetings, and report progress to leadership and clients
Partner with internal and external teams to maintain alignment and accountability
Support commissioning, startup, and validation for high-purity systems
Contribute to continuous improvement in delivery, quality, and cost management
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of construction project management experience in high-purity or clean utility systems
Proven background in estimating, budgeting, and cost management
Deep understanding of piping materials and clean construction standards
Ability to read and apply complex technical drawings and specifications
Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Procore
Excellent communication and leadership skills
OSHA 30 Certification preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred
PMP or similar certification a plus
