After more than a decade in talent acquisition, leadership, and people operations, I founded Saltera HR to bring thoughtful, strategic people support to small businesses doing meaningful work. I’ve led hiring for both early-stage startups and established teams, built people infrastructure from the ground up, and guided founders through everything from key hires to complex people decisions.

I wanted to build something that reflected what I believe at my core: people matter. Every decision, every search, every partnership, and every conversation should honor that truth. Recruiting isn’t about filling jobs. It’s about helping leaders build teams that make their businesses stronger, and helping good people find the right place to grow.

The name Saltera comes from salt and earth. It’s a nod to a verse that reminds us to stay grounded, preserve what’s good, and bring value wherever we’re placed. That’s how we strive to show up: steady, essential, and transformative.

For me, it’s always been about the client. I want every partnership to feel easy, thoughtful, and built on trust. When we take the time to truly understand what your company needs and who will thrive in your environment, the results speak for themselves.
