  • Yes. We often manage discreet executive and leadership searches, protecting your brand and candidate privacy through non-disclosure and controlled outreach.

  • No, because partnerships are not a one-size-fits-all. Our fees vary based on the level of service and role type, but we believe in complete transparency.

    • Direct Hire: Typically ranges from 15%–30% of the candidate’s first-year salary, depending on the role level, volume, payment structure.

    • Retained / Embedded Recruitment: Structured as a monthly engagement fee, customized to your volume and hiring goals.

    • Executive Search: Requires an initial deposit, with total fees quoted based on scope, confidentiality, and resources required.

    • Contingent Staffing / Payrolling: Markups generally fall between 45%–55% on top of the payrate to cover taxes, insurance, statutory and administrative costs.

  • Our placements include a defined backfill guarantee period. If a candidate leaves within that window, we’ll refill the role at no additional cost under the terms of your agreement.
