The name Saltera comes from salt, which has always represented something essential. Salt brings out the best in what’s already there. It preserves what matters. It makes things stronger and more whole. We believe people can be that kind of presence in a business—steady, impactful, deeply valuable. Our job is to help you find them, support them, and build around them.
That’s what Saltera HR exists to do: help small businesses grow with integrity by focusing on the people at the center. From intentional hiring to thoughtful HR structure, our work is about creating environments where good people can do great work.

After more than a decade in talent acquisition, leadership, and people operations, I founded Saltera HR to bring thoughtful, high-integrity support to the teams that need it most. I’ve helped businesses hire intentionally, lead with clarity, and build people strategies that truly reflect their values.
The name Saltera comes from the idea of being salt of the earth—steady, essential, and transformative. People can be that kind of presence inside a business, and my work is focused on helping leaders find them, support them, and grow with them.
